酒店位置優越,步行十來分鐘，或在門口坐巴士2張可到天車站Richmond brighouse station, Richmond center. 401的大床房位於酒店走廊最西側，房間形狀不規則，很擠迫，弧形的牆全是窗戶， 下午西晒嚴重。要求調換房間，前台回覆説客滿無法調配。 早餐能吃飽肚子，品種不多, 蛋餅和烤腸味道很一般。

房間連桌子沒，要寫字或用電腦衹能蹲床邊，wifi約等於無，前台冷臉不認識人，不打招呼，早餐簡單到簡陋，走到天車站大約15分鐘，除了旁邊是公園這唯一的清靜優點，想不到其它值得點讚了。七八年前住過，那時候不這樣，失望。

非常差勁的體驗，每天如果不提前通知就不會有人來打掃衞生，有一天我打了十次電話讓來打掃衞生 甚至等待了四五個小時都沒有人過來打掃！這令我十分生氣！酒店經理十分不負責任！不對客戶負責 而且在一樓的前台經常看不到他 總是躲在休息室裡休息！環境也非常的差勁！平日價格在1K人民幣的二星酒店 在我入住期間高達2K人民幣一天 卻是這麼差勁的體驗 無比的糟糕 It was a very bad experience. If I didn't call in advance, no one would come to clean the room every day. One day, I called ten times to ask for cleaning, but no one came even after waiting for four or five hours! This made me extremely angry! The hotel manager was very irresponsible. He didn't care about the customers and was often nowhere to be found at the front desk on the first floor. He always hid in the lounge to rest! The environment was also very poor. A two-star hotel that usually costs 1,000 RMB per day charged me 2,000 RMB during my stay, yet I had such a bad experience. It was extremely terrible.

I book the hotel by mistake for one day later than I need, so arriving in the hotel I ask to antecipate my booking but they said there was no room available and the whole week was full, then I ask the hotel for reimbursement, but they didn't approve that.....Why they couldn't give me the reimbursement if the hotel was full for the whole week for sure they would sell the room easily again! Actually probably they did that, they probably sold my room for another people!

前台服務員態度熱情樂於助人，房間內的設施也彼較齊備，唯一缺點是冷曖機的調節不夠清晰怎操作。酒店地址方便購物，附近有很多中西餐廳，找美食容易

It looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.

Propre, super emplacement! Par contre, pas de frigo/micro-onde dans la chambre, la clim était vraiment bruyante et le dejeuner était vraiment peu diversifié et de moyenne qualité
